VES Games

Released last year, the The Video Entertainment System of Fairchild is the first programmable ROM cartridge–based video game console and open this new year 1977 for us to the world of home video games.

Tennis, a pong game released with the VES. The difference with the Pong is the possibility for the player to move the paddle left and right.

Hockey

Hockey is an extended version of the Pong concept. The paddles can be moved not only up and down, but all across the playfield and be rotated to shoot the ball with a specific angle. Both players also have a goal keeper paddle that they can move up and down between the poles.

Tic-Tac-Toe

Tic-Tac-Toe: A version of the famous game. You play the X's, the computer plays the O's.

Shooting Gallery: In this game you control a rifle on the left side of the screen and need to hit a target on the right side of the screen.

Desert Fox

Desert Fox: In this game you control one of two tanks engaged in a battle. The goal is to shoot your opponent. There is barriers and mines that can be used for cover. Howerer, if the tanks drive through a mine, it will explode.

Boot Hill - Midway

Boot Hill is a 2D arcade shooter. The game is very similar to the earlier Gun Fight but is more complex - players can move horizontally and vertically. Levels have several obstacles, like a moving stagecoach. The goal is about to shoot the other cowboy.
